Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 (second class post) which applies to UK orders below £100. First Class post is £3.95. For high value orders we recommend a tracked service, please choose your preferred delivery option at checkout.

We dispatch worldwide, prices start from £12.99 and will depend on how much you order, if the delivery service you require is not listed at checkout please ask us for a quote.

Processing Times

We will aim to dispatch your order within one to two working days, however, if some of the products you ordered are on backorder (ie we need to make them) please allow an extra 2-5 working days for your order to be ready to post. Thank you. If there are any further delays we will let you know.

Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, things are out of hour hands and please allow 10 working days (for UK orders, five weeks for international orders) from the day after your item was supposed to be delivered for your package to arrive. After that, please contact us and we will put in a claim with Royal Mail and send out a replacement (or a refund in the case than an item has become unavailable). Unfortunately we cannot do this before the 10 working day period is up. Thank you for your understanding.

Postage upgrades (including tracked and insured delivery) are available. Please note that if you choose Special Delivery we will endeavour to shorten our processing times (however, for items on backorder the processing times are longer, see above), but orders placed after midday are unlikely to be with you the next day as we need time to cut, package and get packages to the post office. Please text or call (0776 6600822) if your order is urgent or you want a better idea about delivery times.

With a view to saving the planet and to keeping postage costs as low as possible, packaging may be re-used. We usually use plastic-free packaging which can be recycled but will sometimes re-use plastic packaging. Please re-use or recycle at your end. Delivery notes are printed on recycled paper.

If you need to return your item(s) please do so within 14 days. Please get in touch first if you have a problem. We will always endeavour to find a solution to your issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will have a record of this so a name/address/order number will suffice. The buyer is responsible for return postage, unless there is a manufacturing fault for which we are responsible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are sometimes seconds, we will always say this in the description so please read this carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@blythandbonnie.scot and send your item to: Blythe & Bonnie, Blythbank, Station Rd, Duns, Scotland, TD113EJ

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
